It's a ....

GIRL!!!!

For those of you who have had girls, reassure me that is a girl. LOL :) The ultrasound tech said 99% it was a girl. It definitely dosen't look anything like my boys ultrasound.
We couldn't get any really good pics of her because she was moving so much, but you can see her face profile with one hand close to her mouth and the other arm close to her head.  The ultrasound tech was really sweet and kept including Carter in the ultrasound hence the words Hi Carter on the pic.

Squirmy Wormy

Carter came in the house one afternoon covered in mud and crying with huge, sad eyes. When I asked what was wrong he said "I just loved my Squirmy Wormy so much and now he is lost". He continued to say "He was my favorite worm".  Poor Carter he lost his favorite worm and he literally dug a hole to china in the backyard trying to find him again! LOL :) Thank goodness all worms look exactly the same because within minutes Cooper had found "Squirmy Wormy" for Carter!!! :) So with a warm bath, some Valentine candy, and a  promise to return Squirmy Wormy to his home to be with his mother the little world of Carter was all good again!!

Happy LOVE Day!

I love Valentines's Day! Even though it is way too over commercialized, I am a sucker for any Holiday that involves chocolate, flowers and LOTS of hugs and kisses!! :)
Cooper decided to handmake all of his Valentine's for his class this year. He did a GREAT job, even though I did have to finish the last  5 or so. Hey, 19 cards is A LOT of cards for a 6 year to make!!  :)
For dinner Blaine surprised me with roses and  my FAVORITE chocolates and I surprised him with a yummo dinner of Bang Bang Chicken and chocolate covered strawberries for dessert!  I got the chicken recipe from a lady at church after many rave reviews and it was FABULOUS!!!!! Thanks Lisa for the recipe! I will seriously make this a staple in my dinner plans.
YUMMMMMMMM.........
The boys also got a Valentine surprise when they came to dinner!
They were so excited, until I told them that they had to finish dinner first before they could dive into the sweets. LOL :)
I hope everyone had a fabulous Valentine's Day and told that someone special that you loved them!!!!

Love! Love! Love!

It's the month of LOVE!!!
I came across these cool heart decorations on another blog and thought the boys and I could make some to decorate our windows.  Easier said then done! ;) We totally messed up the whole first batch because I did not read the directions correctly. After starting over we managed to get 6 hearts finished. So we don't have the beautiful hanging mobile like Martha Stewart does, but the boys had fun and that is all that matters! By the way you are going to need A TON of crayon shavings so get ready to sharpen some old crayons.  FYI: Where I went wrong was when I finished melting the crayons between two sheets of wax paper I thought you peeled the wax paper apart, you leave both pieces of wax together.  Heres the link:
My sweet Carter wearing his Valentines shirt. I had a really hard time finding a design that was boyish and that he could wear past Valentine's Day.  I think the love robot works perfectly.

Quote of the day by Carter

"I am not in first grade like Cooper, I am in HOUSE grade!"  :)

Seriously this kid keeps me laughing non-stop!!!
