Christmas 2012

I'm a bit behind with this Christmas post, but I had to post our Christmas pics if for nothing else but for my own satisfaction! :)Santas gifts! We have to thank Uncle Ben for helping out Santa with the Lego table! The boys love it!!! It is defiantly the all time favorite gift. Cooper has been spending several hours after school each day building all kinds of creations!!

Christmas party at my mom's. For the grand kids my mom laid out dollar bills on the table, gave each kid a sticky hand stretchy thing and let them take turns trying to stick their sticky hand to a dollar bill!!! It was the hit of the party!

December randoms

December comes and goes in a whirlwind of Christmas craziness. Here are some random pictures from my favorite time of the year!

Miss Lou and her sweet cheese smile! I love this Christmas outfit on her. Too bad she can't wear it year around!

Making Christmas cookies with cousins Emily and Ava. The kids took the cookies and dropped them off at our neighbors houses and ran. They were so funny to watch as they "tried" to be quiet and run away secretly!

Girly Girl

 Lucy has started loving all things pink, princess and girly!  Aunt Angel bought her some Princess shoes that she refuses to take off. She loves them! The funny thing is we don't have a single princess item in our whole house and I have never really showed her princess items, but like most girls she is in love with all things princess! Recently she has been watching me put on makeup and has started wanting to try it also.  So I took some empty compacts and old brushes and  put them in a purse for her and she LOVES them! I swear girls just come here this way! :)

tooth fairy visit.....finally!

Coop finally lost his first tooth!! Now mind you, we have been waiting 8 long years for this. We were starting to worry by the time Coop lost a tooth he would be so old he would not believe in the tooth fairy anymore. But with much help from mom and dad, we finally wiggled a little tooth loose.  It had to come out, ready or not.  It already had another tooth coming in behind it.  Anyway, under the pillow it went and with much stress and panic I somehow managed to play toothfairy at midnight and retrieve the tiny tooth and keep the toothfairy magic alive!

We had a great Halloween! The kids got way too much candy and LuLu discovered the joy of candy corn!
